Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the subscription services of NexClip AI (the “App”), a macOS video editing application operated by Cyberseeds (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Different refund procedures apply depending on your purchase method.

Part A: Purchases via Paddle (Website Purchases)

1. Payment Processor

Subscription payments made through our website are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”) as the Merchant of Record. Paddle acts as the legal seller, handling payment processing, invoicing, and VAT/GST tax compliance for over 100 countries.

Your credit card statement will show charges from “Paddle” or “Paddle.com.”

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase a monthly subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase for any reason.

  1. Contact Paddle Customer Support directly via the support link in your purchase confirmation email
  2. Contact NexClip AI Support at support@cyberseeds.com and we will assist you with the Paddle refund process

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

Part B: Purchases via App Store (In-App Purchases on macOS)

1. Payment Processor

Subscriptions purchased through the Mac App Store are processed by Apple Inc. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies.

2. How to Request a Refund (App Store)

To request a refund for a subscription purchased through the App Store:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID
  2. Select the relevant subscription and choose “Request a refund”
  3. Select a reason for the refund and submit

Refund decisions are made at Apple's sole discretion. Requests made within 48 hours of purchase are more likely to be approved.

3. Cancelling App Store Subscriptions

You can cancel your App Store subscription as follows:

  1. Open System Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases → Manage Subscriptions on your Mac
  2. Select NexClip AI and tap “Cancel Subscription”

After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.
